Annie Chang is a technology leader in the motion picture industry and serves as Chair of the Science and Technology Council and Governor-at-Large at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. She was also ACES Project Co-Chair and is the Board Chair of the UHD Alliance. Chang is Vice President, Creative Technologies at NBCUniversal, where she leads the development of next-generation workflows for film production and emerging media. Previously, she served as Vice President of Technology at Marvel Studios and held senior technology roles at The Walt Disney Studios. A recipient of numerous industry honors—including the SMPTE Workflow Systems Medal Award, a Technical Emmy for her work with the Interoperable Master Format —Chang is recognized for her leadership in advancing technology in support of creative storytelling.
